The Marina Rossa residences are located on the edge of the magnificent Gulf of Porto Vecchio, in a select and beautifully landscaped private park surrounded by cork oaks and pines. The peaceful setting also enjoys views of the distant mountains of the Regional Park while the famous sandy beach of Cala Rossa is just 350 meters away on foot; you can leave the car and make the most of the range of water sports such as water skiing and sailing.
The four semi-detached villas are elegant, exceptionally spacious and equipped to a very high standard. They are all fully air conditioned for your comfort.
From the elegant courtyard, enter the villa into a spacious living / dining area featuring a comfortable 3 seater sofa, colorful furnishings and cool tiled floors. Lighting can be controlled directly or indirectly and a telephone and TV are also available.
The kitchen offers you all the comforts: bar, refrigerator, freezer, gas hob and electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, coffee maker with filter and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.
Quality cutlery and crockery for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The 3 comfortable bedrooms of each villa (1 double bed and 4 single beds) with headboard, two bedside tables and plenty of storage) are tastefully decorated. One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom and separate toilet. Naturally, each villa benefits from a family bathroom and there is a separate toilet near the hallway.
An outdoor shower is located at the entrance to each villa, so it is easy to wash off the sand after a day at the beach Each villa has its own partly covered furnished terrace (including a board, a washing line, a table, 7 chairs and 4 deckchairs).
