Conditions of sale:

General cancellation conditions.

– With notice of 6 days to 0 days: 100% of the rental price will be payable

– With notice of 16 days to 7 days: 50% of the rental price will be payable

– With notice of 31 days to 17 days: 30% of the rental price will be payable

A deposit of 30% is required upon reservation and the balance upon arrival.

The 3 bedroom villas can accommodate 7 people, please contact us in advance by email or telephone.

The 4 bedroom villa can accommodate 9 people, please also contact us in advance by email or telephone.

Weekly Rates. Rental from Saturday (5 p.m.) to Saturday (10 a.m.) or from Sunday (5 p.m.) to Sunday (10 a.m.).

* An extra bed will be added in one of the bedrooms for the 7th person.

** An extra bed will be added in one of the bedrooms for the 9th person.

• Services include in the price:

-Sheets, pillowcases (the beds are made on arrival), bath mats, kitchen towels, cot, high chair,

-Weekly change of sheets,

-End of stay cleaning is included, however the villa must be left in a correct state

– Internet access (WIFI).

• Additional Options/Services:

-Possibility of cleaning during the stay,

-Baby-sitting,

-Bathroom linen 10€ (set: 1 small and 1 large towel) per person and per week.
