Terms of sale:

During this Covid-19 period, if the pandemic leaves again or your region is confined, the cancellation by the tenant will result in a refund of the deposit.

General Cancellation Conditions.
– With a notice of 6 days to 0 days: 100% of the rental price will be payable
– With a notice of 16 days to 7 days: 50% of the rental price will be payable
– With a notice of 31 days to 17 days: 30% of the rental price will be payable

A 30% deposit is required upon booking and the balance upon arrival.

The 3 bedroom villas can accommodate 7 people, please contact us in advance by email or phone.
The 4 bedroom villa can accommodate 9 people. Please also contact us beforehand by email or phone.

* An extra bed will be added in one of the bedrooms for the 7th person.

-Sheets, pillowcases (the beds are made on arrival), bath mats, kitchen towels, cot, high chair,

-Weekly change of sheets,

-End of stay cleaning is included, however the villa must be left in a correct state

– Internet access (WIFI).

  • Additional Options/Services:

-Possibility of cleaning during the stay,

-Baby-sitting,

-Bathroom linen 10€ (set: 1 small and 1 large towel) per person and per week.
